Booking Process

1. Choose a GEC Residence.

2. For GEC Pearson, GEC Burnaby Heights, GEC Viva, please submit a booking request form with chosen dates and a copy of your valid passport

For GEC Granville, any inquiries on short-term stay (less than 30 days), please email reservations@gecgranvillesuites.caFor any long-term stay (over 30 days) or group inquiries (over 5 rooms), please email jay@studenthotel.ca

3. GEC will send you a contract and invoice once you have been allocated to a room.

4. Once completed, send your signed contract to GEC and submit your deposit and administrative fee through Rent Moola. PDF: Rent Moola Instruction Guide (Download)

5. You will receive an email confirmation.
